Christmas cactus is one of the most common succulents. It blooms in November – December.
- It is both indoor and outdoor plant
- It needs a bright exposure but without direct sun
- It needs low temperatures in fall to bloom
- The soil can be a commercial cactus substrate with 1/3 of leaf mulch
- Irrigate once every 5 days
- Fertilize once a month with a mineral cactus fertilizer from the second half of spring to the middle of fall.
